Think of hummingbirds when you think of The Wind

Living in Balance
The Wind personality is very enthusiastic and ever changing.  Are you constantly thinking and looking for new adventures?  Are you on the go and ready to try anything on a whim?  Do you tend to be open-minded and creative………..an original thinker?

Think of the free spirited type who is a great adventurer.  Think of the artistic and creative type.  Think of someone who is optimistic and objective.  This is a person whose glass is always half full.

The Wind is very talkative.  They tend to be the “entertainment” at the dinner table and talk with their hands.  They flit from subject to subject and know a little about a lot.

The Wind embraces change and is very accommodating to others.  The Wind inspires and is a motivating force in a magical way.  The Wind is sensitive and intuitive.

Living Out of Balance

The Out of Balance Wind personality is quite different from the balanced Wind.  Out of balance, the Wind tends to exhaust itself mentally.  The Wind may feel distracted, flustered, suspicious, unproductive and confused.  The Wind can be oversensitive to criticism,  fearful, spacey and flighty.

The Wind may have energies going in all different directions and appear scattered and eccentric.  The Wind’s behavior may be viewed as inappropriate to others and impulsive.

The Wind can become overwhelmed and lack confidence.  The Wind can be prone to depression and feel that life has no meaning.

If your Wind is out of Balance or if you are the Wind type, start your day with the following mantra for mental health:

I am peace.  I am centered.  I am content.

The Wind’s skin tends to be cold and dry.  Hands and feet are prone to being constantly cold, even in the summer.  The shape of the feet and hands tends to be long, thin, and boney.

The Wind’s facial features may be asymmetric.  Eyes tend to be smaller and quick.  Lips tend to be dry and teeth may be uneven.  The voice tends to be a little bit higher as well.
