Are you New to Yoga or the studio?

  • You do not have to pre-register.  Just show up.
  • Wear loose clothing.
  • We rent mats for $1.00
  • Classes are $13 with packages available once you have decided to commit to your practice.
  • New to Yoga on Tuesday at 7 pm is the perfect place to start.
